By purchasing this ticket you understand that this is an approved University activity and all University statutes, regulations policies and procedures apply, including but not limited to the Student Conduct and Discipline Policy and the Discrimination and Harassment Policy. You further agree to take responsibility for your behaviour before, on or after this event.  Identification (including a valid student ID card and state issued identification) will be checked prior to tickets being handed over to students and prior to entry.
ACU students are responsible for the conduct of their guests. ACU students are restricted to bringing ONE non-ACU student to this event. If a ticket is purchased and then the purchaser cannot attend the event, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to find another student to use the ticket and inform the relevant Student Association of the details of the new ticket holder. 
I agree to behave in a manner consistent with ACU’s commitment to safety and inclusion where I am responsible for my safety and the safety of others. I will oppose any offensive behaviour based on race, colour or national or ethnic origin and support the University’s Respect. Now. Always. campaign which commits to a zero tolerance for sexual harassment and sexual assault.
I acknowledge that there are inherent dangers associated with my participation in any event and that accidents can and do happen which may result in me being injured or my property being damaged. I have voluntarily read and understood this warning and accept and assume the inherent risks in participating in this event.
I consent to receiving medical treatment that ACU considers necessary in an emergency for me during my participation in the event. I also agree to reimburse ACU for any costs or expenses incurred in providing me with medical treatment.
I acknowledge and consent to photographs and video being taken of me during my participation in the event. I acknowledge and agree that such photographs and video are owned by ACU and that ACU may use the photographs for promotional or other purposes without my further consent being necessary.
I acknowledge that ACU will use this information in its general business and in relation to ACU's administration of the event. This includes providing you with event related information via post, email or SMS text messaging. Individuals will be able to access their personal information through ACU upon reasonable notice.
